@larand Any interest in the LG V30 since it's very similar to the Pixel 2 XL? After seeing the Pixel 2 presentation, I feel the V30 is a more attractive option for those who need a new Android phone. Luckily I have the original Pixel so don't need one this time around.
So the Pixel 2 series is going to be mostly DOA in terms of mainstream use. Verizon only again in terms of true carrier support plus it's more expensive than the original Pixel series.

Well, they're part-right. The larger battery in the Pixel XL and XL 2 is a huge difference though in battery life and purchasing choice obviously.
