I'm glad that I'm lucky last night's extreme flooding didn't come to my house but I can completely understand others aren't so fortunate.

I can't see there will be a full scrap of this program. It's way too far along. If anything, it'd turn into something else, but I never see that happening. There are pieces of the Gateway already being made out in Colorado. Orion is ready to fly. Too many jobs - both within the US and internationally - are involved in so many pieces of this program. It's way beyond anything Apollo ever was as far as the sheer amount of contractors involved.
@sumudu It's sad to see, it's not easy for a nation who doesn't have the resources that bigger nations have.
@matigo Let's just hope that they don't have to quickly close them back down. It's a risk indeed as here in the US, it's like they close schools down after a week.
I certainly hope that open source computers and phones catch on to the masses eventually since we need them now more than ever.
