@pamela recovered from a seasonal allergic condition and been working from my home office during that time. Never fun as you may know but made it through! How about you, aside from work how are you're handling stuff?
Weather is still not warm enough for outdoor runs and workouts so settled into an indoor club this morning. Better than nothing at all!
