Yesterday was the 22nd anniversary of the last truly feel free day in US history.
Today is the 22nd anniversary of the first day in US history where people (except for a very select few, the 1%) are constantly watched and scrutinized like criminals every single day. Even worse for the marginalized.
In retrospect, the terrorists who attacked that day got what they wanted in gutting our freedoms. They won.
