@pamdavis Not only a map (although its one of the main focuses) but usually I focus on explore & a few others (the main focus in terms of discovery).
One of my clients wanted some advice on trying to get some steps ahead of the software game. My response was just be your own firm, get creativity & dedication on board and you'll be a success.
