By the way, Sleep Cycle also sends some data to FB even if you don’t have an account. In their case it’s advertising and some phone info I bet. Plus I can’t find any privacy policy in their website. They have denied this but the fact is clear that many apps that use the SDK sends some kind of info to them. They can’t escape that.
