This is potentially bad news for coders in general since it’ll make software more expensive and more censorship enforcement.

I’ll start: When I interned there for a while in the early 90s and brought my second NES there.

Capital Wasteland, the supposed remake of Fallout 3 in Fallout 4, has been cancelled due to legal issues with voice acting. [bit.ly]

However, the Fallout 4: New Vegas mod is still happening with new voice overs. A bad news/good news mix.
