@hybotics I heard similar stories, it's not fun that these folks are pushing out of the workforces.
@hazardwarning I happen to know some of these people that used to work at IBM, and told me stories on how they tried many times to push them out. Luckily, they have been able to leave with grace and on their own. Not so for others in this piece obviously. I always ay you can work as long as you want to , but it's sad that experience doesn't matter anymore.
