@matigo One of the few things that Microsoft got it right in their recent history was the VS Code rollout in 2015. Especially the Studio Code. I think they're trying to win back devs with that but it's going to take more.
@axodys Microsoft's track record says they don't have a good history in terms of keeping the products they acquired independent from the main company and this is no different. Hell, one company they brought officially died this week in Wunderlist in favor of their own To Do product which people are now scrambling for alternatives. People still can't trust them and this dates back years if not decades.
