@matigo You mean Project Treble? It does depend on the OEM to decide when transitioning from 7 to 8. From 8.0 on, every phone that ships with Android Oreo is required to have it. I know the new Sony Xperias have those already.
@matigo At least it's a good Android phone that already has Oreo. Can't say that to many other non-Pixel phones.
Maybe the upcoming Nokia 9 can come to the US since the 8 won't come here.

Very informative hands-on. Not sure this would be a daily driver but this is a nice start for a small project or something along those lines.
